Will Writing Service FAQ

Will Writing Service – Help & Guidance

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need a Will?

Ask yourself – who is best placed to decide:

  • Who gets your house?
  • How your money should be shared and managed?
  • Who looks after your children?

A Will legally indicates your wishes.

If you die without a Will:

  • Your personal bank accounts are frozen (including ‘Joint Accounts’)
  • The Courts decide the fate of any children

On average this takes 2 years to sort out compared with a matter of weeks with a Will.

What if I don’t have anyone to leave my estate too?

If you don’t have any relatives – your estate will most likely go to ‘The Crown’. A Will gives you the opportunity to leave your estate to a friend or Charity.
